Just a few short days ago, GoPro released their latest and greatest camera to date, the Hero 4. The camera comes in a fully-loaded 4K capable "Black Edition" and a slightly paired down "Silver Edition." along with a re-release of the original Hero at a new lower price.

Tune It Like A Pro
Just like any video or photo, 90% of the wow-factor comes from the subject and the lighting. However, there are things you can do to make your image a little better in nearly any situation.
One of the biggest ways to get the most out of your GoPro is to use the "Protune" setting which, among other things, increases the dynamic range of the recording. This increased dynamic range gives you a a flat Log-Like image that is much more robust when it comes to color grading.

So you have great content, you shot in the flat Protune setting, now it's time to punch those colors!
